At Victrola, we want you to be completely satisfied with your listening experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Victrola product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
